The Rutland West Germanic Academy is set up in the name of S.C. Anderson's West Germanic constructed language, which began as Piscean. The organisation also stands for the conservation of the mother tongue and preservation of culture through the maintenance of a national language.
RWL stands for Rotelands Wessgermønsz Lorhaus, the name of the organisation in the
language and its logo depicts those letters transliterated into the FUTHORC runic
alphabet of the Anglo-

A NEW LANGUAGE
West Germanic is an artificial language named after the West Germanic language family.
It retains a core of vocabulary of Anglo-
Terra Linguas allows language learners to hear native speakers’ recordings of common phrases. It is set up to include German, Dutch and Afrikaans, members of the West Germanic family and also seeks to preserve languages, one of the RWL’s agenda.
